30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

• Products must be in original packaging

• You must provide photo proof clearly showing the product has not been opened or used

Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided for sending the product back.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged during shipping:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• You must provide clear photo proof of:

  • The damaged package

  • The damaged product(s)

  • Shipping label visible in the photo

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items Shipped

If you receive the wrong item:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• You must provide photo proof of the incorrect item received, including the shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only before your order has shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned without prior approval
