Prime Aura
This Shipping Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all shipments fulfilled by Prime Aura (“Company,” “Prime Aura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to all customers placing orders through our website and affiliated sales channels.
By placing an order with Prime Aura, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Fulfillment Time & Shipping Rates
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Shipping rates are calculated based on FedEx carrier pricing, package weight, dimensions, and destination. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order completion.
1. Shipping Carrier
All shipments are fulfilled exclusively through FedEx.
We do not ship using any other carrier.
2. Domestic Shipping Only
Prime Aura ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances.
Any orders submitted with international addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.
3. No Card Transactions for International Shipping
The following policy is enforced at checkout:
“No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.”
Because Prime Aura does not ship internationally, any attempt to process a card transaction tied to an international shipment will be automatically declined.
4. Shipping Damage Policy
All shipments are insured through FedEx.
If your order arrives damaged, you must follow this procedure:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide photo proof of the damaged package and contents

Email images to: support@primeaura.com

Ensure the shipping box, label, and internal packaging are clearly visible
Failure to report damage within 24 hours voids eligibility for replacement or insurance claims.
5. Insurance & Risk of Loss
All packages are insured through FedEx.
Once your shipment has been tendered to the carrier, liability for loss or damage transfers to FedEx. Prime Aura will assist with claims when proper documentation is provided within the required time window.
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Weather disruptions
-
FedEx service interruptions

Address errors entered by the customer
6. Compliance & Shipping Restrictions
The Company strictly adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The following compliance statement applies:
“We respect federal, state, and city laws. Our shipping restrictions are detailed in the footer and are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.”
Shipping availability is automatically governed by compliance software and location-based restrictions.
7. Research Use Only Disclaimer
All products sold by Prime Aura are:

Intended solely for in vitro research applications
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
8. Agreement Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Agreement.
