Prime Aura operates solely as a chemical research supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Additionally, Prime Aura is not classified as an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the same Act.

The customer expressly assumes all risk associated with the possession and use of products purchased from Prime Aura.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or materials.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
You grant us unrestricted rights to use submitted content.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Affiliate Commission & Payout Terms
1. Individual Commission Rates
Each affiliate is assigned a custom commission rate determined at the sole discretion of Prime Aura. Commission rates may be adjusted, increased, or decreased at any time based on performance, traffic quality, promotional methods, or program changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated commission terms.
2. No Commission on Refunded or Disputed Orders
Affiliates will not receive commission for any orders that are refunded, charged back, fraudulent, canceled, or reversed for any reason.
If commission has already been credited, Prime Aura reserves the right to deduct that amount from future payouts.
3. Self-Referral Prohibited
Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases. Orders placed using the same name, email, address, IP address, or payment method may be classified as self-referrals and voided.
4. Right to Review & Withhold Commissions
Prime Aura reserves the right to review, delay, withhold, adjust, or deny commissions for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
5. Payout Timing (Two Weeks in Arrears)
Affiliate commissions are paid bi-weekly, two (2) weeks in arrears.
6. Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliates must reach a minimum balance of $150 before payouts are issued.
7. Payment Methods
Payments are issued via approved methods such as Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer, or other designated platforms.
8. Adjustments & Deductions
Payouts may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, duplicate commissions, or violations discovered after recording.
9. Prohibited Promotion Methods
Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, unauthorized paid ads, malware, bots, or artificial traffic.
Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions.
10. Disclosure Requirements (FTC Compliance)
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in all promotions.
Examples:
“This post contains affiliate links”
“I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases”
11. Coupon Site Restrictions
Unauthorized or misleading coupon use may result in voided commissions.
12. Prohibited Traffic Sources
No adult, illegal, incentivized, bot, or deceptive traffic sources allowed.
13. Brand Usage Guidelines
Affiliates may not alter branding or imply official partnership beyond affiliate status.
14. Termination & Removal
Prime Aura may suspend or terminate affiliates at any time for violations or fraud.
15. Program Modifications
Program terms may change at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
Account Holder Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to all Terms, policies, and disclaimers.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, be at least 21 years of age, and use the account solely for lawful laboratory research purchasing purposes.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding login credentials.
4. Research Use Representation
You represent that all purchases are strictly for laboratory research and not for human or animal consumption.
5. Order Eligibility
Account creation does not guarantee order approval. Orders may be limited or refused.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, chargebacks, or misuse.
7. Data & Privacy
Account data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. No Medical or Consumer Relationship
Account creation does not establish any medical or healthcare relationship.
9. Modifications
Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
